What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your bag is saved in your browser so it’s still there when you come back.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the shop: Stripe for payments, our fulfilment partner and carriers to pack and deliver your order, and our hosting, database and email providers. We don’t sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use only what the shop needs to work, such as remembering your bag. We don’t use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is deleted when it’s no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
