Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. We can’t ship to PO boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses yet.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner’s warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one parcel.
Delivery times
Each product page shows its estimated delivery window, usually one to two weeks after dispatch. Estimates come from the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all US orders.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Late or lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after dispatch, or tracking stops moving, email us and we’ll reship your order or refund it.
